The total delivery time for your Banoja.com order to arrive is a combination of the shipping availability time and delivery time.
- Shipping availability time: Order authorization*, verification and packaging. Timeframes depend on your order and how quickly products are expected to be ready to leave warehouses. Usually, orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer processes orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.
- Delivery time: After processing and leaving the warehouse, most items take between 7 and 14 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. You will be presented with expected delivery times for each available shipping option during the checkout process. These times are based on carrier shipping practices, destination and the items you order.
Banoja Hats ship within 48 hours (2 business days**), with Standard Shipping estimated delivery time of 2 to 5 business days.
Orders may arrive to you in separate packages.
Our courier will attempt to deliver to your address and a card will be left if you are not in. Please contact the courier directly to make alternative delivery arrangements.
Unfortunately, Banoja is unable to deliver to U.S. Territories or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

The tracking number you receive from us in a shipping confirmation email during the daytime may not be updated on the carriers website until that evening. For certain shipments tracking information can take a few days to update, so don't be alarmed.
Currently, we charge applicable state and local sales tax only within New York State.
We are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States, and do not ship internationally.
